 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every Chay88 order. If something isn't right, we're here to sort it out. Please read below — our policy differs slightly depending on the type of product you ordered.

 

Print-on-Demand Products (mugs and all made-to-order items)

Because every POD product is made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

However, your order is fully covered if something goes wrong on our end:

  • Damaged or defective items — contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Wrong item received — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
  • Lost in transit — contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we'll send a replacement.
  • Returned to sender — if your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the error was ours, we'll cover it.

Directly Shipped Products (non-POD items shipped by Chay88)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return: Email chay88creativestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping in full.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged items (post-receipt)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital products — all digital sales are final

 

Refund Processing Once your return or claim is received and reviewed, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new order once the return is processed.
